Dr. Shannon Sauer Zavala is an author, speaker, clinical psychologist, & scientific researcher. She specializes in helping people make intentional shifts to their personality traits to improve career performance, relationships, and mental health. Her research confirms what she saw in her own development and in her patients: People can intentionally shape the traits they need to be successful in the lives they want.

Participants will be asked to complete a Personality Compass Assessment in advance of the workshop and be prepared to discuss:

• How to start moving forward even if you don't know exactly where you're headed
• How self-limiting beliefs keep you stuck in a personality-type box
• How to embrace the person you want to be by ACTING like the person you want to be
• How to celebrate strong wins to keep yourself motivated
